About Us

Juniata Custom Drapery has been fabricating window treatments since 1972 when we started selling our work primarily to state government jobs. Our work can be found in universities, colleges, state offices and buildings throughout Pennsylvania. In 1991, we expanded our offer to the commercial and residential markets. In those markets you will find our work in corporate and professional offices, bank and apartment building lobbies, nursing homes and progressive care nursing facilities, community buildings, courthouses and medical facilities. Our residential work adorns the homes of the WOOF (well off & over forty).

In 2001, Juniata Custom Drapery made a strategic change, moving out of direct residential sales and into workroom services serving the designer, facilities manager and architect. Our valued workroom customers are mainly in the mid-Atlantic region, but we have customers in Tennessee, South Carolina and Florida as well.

We fabricate quantity “production” orders and the one-of-a-kind designer creations. Measuring and installation services are provided in central Pennsylvania. We offer consulting service for those times when you are stymied or want to hand the details over to someone else.

Some of the key items we fabricate include – Draperies, Swags, Valances, Shower Curtains, Decorator Grommet Heading Curtains, Sun Screen Shades, Upholstered Cornices, Balloon Shades and, Architectural Heading Panels.

At Juniata Custom Drapery, we value education and we put our knowledge to work for you. Annually, we attend at least one training seminar or conference where we keep current on design trends and learn new fabrication techniques.
